Cars produced before 2011:
Additional steps are required for these to prevent the radio from continuing to draw power. We recommend having the installation performed by a specialist, such as Cartop Automotive.

The additional cable Cartronix CTX-3401 (MIB connector) is required for these.
This cable ensures compatibility with your car's modern functions, such as steering wheel controls and infotainment communication.

Original accessories & points of attention

• Does your car have an original rearview camera?
  Then use an RCA adapter cable to connect it correctly.
  
• Does your car have a CD changer?
  This will no longer function after installing the new radio.
  Don't forget to remove your CDs from the changer beforehand.
