Shipping & Returns
Shipping
- The Netherlands and Belgium: free shipping, no minimum order amount.
- Other EU countries: € 12.95 per order.
- Outside the EU: € 19.95 per order.
Delivery time: in the Netherlands and Belgium, you will receive your order within 1–2 business days. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive an email with the track-and-trace code.
Returns
- You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive the product.
- Notify us of your return within those 14 days via info@cartronix.eu. You then have another 14 days to send the product back.
- You are responsible for the costs of returning the item.
- Please return the product complete, preferably in its original packaging. If you have used it more than is necessary to inspect it, for example, by installing it in your car, we may deduct the reduction in value.
- You will receive a refund within 14 days of your notification, including the standard shipping costs of your order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product.
Defective or incorrectly delivered? Please contact us. We will resolve the issue and cover the shipping costs.
