CarPlay YouTube box CTX-777 | Wireless for OPEL | Android 15

Do you have CarPlay and Android Auto functionality in your OPEL from the year 2016 or later, and do you find it cumbersome and limited? From now on, it is possible to use Apple CarPlay wirelessly, just like Android Auto Wireless. In addition to the wireless CarPlay and wireless Android Auto options, the Cartronix CTX-777 Android 15 box has even more fantastic features.

The CTX-777 is a complete Android 15 device that you can now easily control on your original factory radio. This means that with the purchase of this Android Auto box, you can enjoy all available applications from the Google Play Store. A few examples of this are Apple CarPlay YouTube, Waze CarPlay, Spotify, Netflix via CarPlay, TikTok, Ziggo Go, and even live television. The possibilities are endless.

The CarPlay box is compatible with all popular smartphones, such as iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, and Huawei.

After reading the introduction, you will naturally wonder if this also works for my Opel, how to install it, what the specifications and benefits are, and what else you can do with it. We are happy to explain this.

For OPEL vehicles with CarPlay
The Cartronix CTX-777 Android 15 CarPlay box is suitable for almost all vehicles with original CarPlay and/or Android Auto functionality. This is a requirement for using the CTX-777. The CarPlay box is therefore put into use via the USB port. It does not matter whether you have a USB-C or standard USB port.

The Cartronix CTX-777 is not an original Opel accessory but has been tested and works on the following Opel vehicles with original CarPlay and/or Android Auto functionality:

• ADAM
• Astra
• Corsa
• Insignia
• KARL
• Ampera-e
• Crossland X
• Mokka
• Zafira
• Combo Life
• Grandland

Naturally, the CTX-777 Ai box is suitable for more cars, and this list is constantly changing because this is a new, exclusive feature. You can therefore expect that this Android box for YouTube can be used in more and more Opel vehicles. Another important point is that the screen on which the CarPlay Ai Box is used must have a touchscreen. This is the only way to make optimal use of the CarPlay Wireless Box.

Many car models from 2016 and newer have wired functionality for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as standard; the Cartronix CTX-777 is suitable for use in 99% of these cases. In some Kia and Hyundai cars, this is already possible from 2015. You can, of course, always check with your car dealer to see if your car has CarPlay or Android Auto.

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not have a CarPlay function in your car, then this item is not suitable for your vehicle. If your original screen does not have touchscreen capability, you can still use the CarPlay box, but you will not be able to use it to its full potential.

From the moment the Wi-Fi connection is established, you can enjoy razor-sharp YouTube images, Netflix, and Ziggo Go live television. PLEASE NOTE: Watching video images while driving is illegal and life-threatening. The mentioned features that support video images are intended for passengers and/or for use in a stationary car.
