The CTX-RV390 is a 10-meter connection cable with RCA outputs and a detection wire at both ends. The extension cable for reversing cameras is intended for connecting a reversing camera to a car radio, navigation system, or monitor in the vehicle. This cable is also suitable for commercial vehicles, motorhomes, and other extended vehicles.

The detection wire at both ends of the cable is used to trigger the car radio, monitor, or navigation system. A signal can be sent through this wire to a monitor, car radio, or navigation system. This causes the image to switch on automatically when the car radio switches to reverse. When a car radio is CAN bus-controlled, the detection wire can provide power to the camera.

The cable can also be used as an extension cable.
